PLOT
She has met someone and has come over to his house on a date. She’s wearing a tight form fitting dress. Any color. Her date pours her some wine. He has drugged the wine as they sit on a couch and drink she becomes sleepy and passes out. He picks her up and carries her to his basement torture dungeon. He then lays her body out on an operating table. He ties her hands above her head and then ties her legs to the table. He then takes scissors and cuts her dress off starting at the bottom up to the top of the dress. Camera shots of the scissors cutting the dress over her belly and navel. He removes the dress. She’s laying on the table in panties and bra. He cuts these off as well. Shes now fully nude and tied on the operating table. The killer admires her beautiful body on display. He takes his hands and runs them up and down her belly. Using his finger to play around in her navel. He then gets his surgery kit and takes out a scalpel. She’s still unconscious. He puts medical gloves on. He takes the scalpel and runs it up and down the middle of her belly without cutting her just yet. He finally starts to make the cut. He sticks the scalpel in just below her sternum. We see the blade slowly cut down the middle of her belly. Lots of camera shots of the scalpel as it’s slices thru her navel all the way down to her crotch. She wakes up a little but she’s so drugged that she can’t really struggle she just moans a little. Once’s he’s done with his incision, he takes both hands and opens her belly up around her navel and his hands go deep into her belly. He spends some time rooting around in her guts before he’s starts to pull out her intestines. She can’t struggle because she’s tied and drugged. She writhes a little in agony. She spurts blood out of her mouth as he digs in her guts. He puts the guts in a bucket. He finally pulls her liver out. Ones he’s completely gutted her she finally dies. Camera views of her gutted body. He takes her liver to his kitchen and prepares it. The final movie scene is him sitting at the operation table with her body laying in front of him. He’s got a glass of wine and her liver on the plate enjoying his meal.
